  • Exchange policy:  All sales are final.  No refunds.  We will exchange the size or style only if it is within 5 days of your delivery date.  All items must have tags in place.  Due to health regulations, suits that are soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered will not be accepted. In order to do an exchange you must email us to be assigned an Authorization Number. 
  • Kami Shade' Swimwear holds a NO WARRANTY policy.  Once tags are removed from merchandise, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs.  Kami Shade' suits are very delicate and experience normal “wear and tear” over time.
  • Due to different qualities in computer screens some items may appear a slightly different shade in person.
  • In the unlikely event the merchandise is damaged or defective we will replace it at no charge.
  • Care Instructions:  Kami Shade' Swimwear are constructed of the finest fabrics and trim that are extremely delicate in nature. 
  • All swimwear should be hand washed in cold water with very mild soap (such as specialty lingerie detergent).  DO NOT USE WOOLITE!  Lie flat or hang to dry.
